Lady Gaga has always been a loyal advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, the vast majority of her fans are part of the community, and since it’s June, Pride month, she is talking about it more than ever! In a recent show from her “Enigma” residency, the singer sat at her piano and sent a message of support to all LGBTQ+ people before singing her hit single “Shallow”.
Gaga used her own life and the stories from the beggining of her career as an example. She said she was accused of being “too gay”: “I remember saying, ‘Well, I don’t see it that way, but there’s also gay people in the world’. They told me it wouldn’t work and they tried to change me, but I never let them. You know why, because I thought they were shallow. Oh, and one more thing: be kind, be kind or f– off,” she said.
