Brandon Johnson, the drug dealer who sold drugs to Demi Lovato on the day of her near-fatal overdose, was arrested in the United States. According to TMZ, Johnson was charged with heroin and ketamine possession and also for shoplifting at a Macy’s store.
The drug dealer was caught after entering the shop’s fitting room with a Michael Kors backpack, a pair of pants and a Puma sweatshirt. When he left the fitting rooms, apparently he only had the backpack and tried to exit the store without paying for the items. Finally, Brandon Johnson was stopped by security, who found the stolen items, totaling USD 440, in the backpack and the drugs.
Although Brandon Johnson himself has spoken about his relationship with Demi Lovato, where he claimed to provide her the “aftermarket” drugs, he was never investigated for the case. Demi’s overdose was treated by authorities as “self-induced medical emergency”.
